Honey chak-chak is originally a festive wedding dish. The entire village would prepare it before the wedding: young girls kneaded the dough, older girls cut it, mothers fried it, and the most experienced ones poured honey syrup over it and shaped it. This is because it's incredibly labor-intensive and time-consuming. It's incredibly delicious, especially with coffee. A serving size (can be divided among four people as in the photo, but you can also eat it alone when no one is looking) is 230 grams.

Allergens: wheat, eggs, honey (EU Regulation No 1169/2011).
